More Lost Farms - Nook

We recently received some photos of Nook from Laura Clifton courtesy of her Grandparents' collection. They are from roughly 1905 - 1910.

My great great grandmother is second from the right, Elizabeth Hall and the girl in the straw hat looks like Norah hall, her daughter Nook 4 1905 The Nook, possibly with Elizabeth Hall and he Marjorie is the tall girl in the middle and Norah is beside her, their mother Elizabeth next in line holcombe moor Nook 5a Nook 1 In the garden of the Nook, L to R, Norah Hall, Elsie Shuttleworth, Marjorie Hall (a) On the far left is John Howard Hall, who bought th Elsie shuttleworth on left, Norah hall on right - she was born in 1892 and looks in her teens here

Above: On the far left is John Howard Hall, who bought the house. His daughter, Norah, is beside him and his other daughter Marjorie (Laura' great grandmother) is in the centre at the back. Elizabeth Hall, their mother is on the chair in the dark dress. The rest are her relatives, the Deardens with their spouses and children
